Private Apartment

This 75 sq. m. apartment with an external area of 13 sq. m. is located inside a building currently under construction. The access to the apartment, designed for a young family with children, takes place through a distribution space strongly characterized by the presence of backlit glass panels which create an impressive lighting installation. The living room, which overlooks the terrace and is illuminated by a large window, is an open space area with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen, custom design, is characterized by the alternation of grey (cabinets) and white colours (furniture, containers and top). Through a hallway, filtered (in comparison with the above described spaces) by a semi-reflective glass sliding door, you can access to the sleeping area; the sleeping area is divided into a master bedroom, master bathroom and children bedroom provided with private bathroom. The study dedicated to lighting has been attentive and well-finished: as a matter of fact, lighting has been able to highlight the architectural features of this apartment, by making it the protagonist of a very sophisticated and unique balance.
